Anne Elvey lives on BoonWurrung Country in the bayside suburb of Seaford, Victoria. Her poetry publications include On arrivals of breath (Poetica Christi Press, 2019), White on White (Cordite Books, 2018), Intatto. Intact: Ecopoesia. Ecopoetry, co-authored with Massimo D’Arcangelo and Helen Moore (La Vita Felice, 2017), This Flesh That You Know (Leaf Press 2015), international winner of the Overleaf Chapbook Manuscript Award, and Kin (Five Islands Press, 2014), which was shortlisted for the Kenneth Slessor Poetry Prize. Her most recent book of research is Reading the Magnificat in Australia: Creative Engagements with a Lukan Song of Protest (Unsettling White Settlements) (Sheffield Phoenix Press, 2020). She is an Adjunct Research Fellow at Monash University and an Honorary Research Associate at University of Divinity.
